2011, the USCIS provides additional guidance for employers about
initial acceptable evidence establishing the employer's "right to
control" an H-1B worker's employment. This is especially

Department of Labor Reports: More
Than 40% of Recent Permanent Labor Certification The PERM System, administered by
the Department of Labor is the most frequently used method for
U.S. Employers to sponsor international employees for green cards. Of 22,200 current active PERM
cases pending, 37% required a
Bachelor's Degree, 37% required a Master's Degree and 4% required a
